I have some issues with my gums and saw multiple dentists which had conflicting information. Dr Sheng at Dental Artistry was able to explain my gum situation and he made me really comfortable to go ahead with a gum graft. His knowledge is fantastic, he could see where the issue was straight away. Love this practice and will definitely return. Without forgetting the whole team working behind the counter too, amazing customer service! I have dealt only with Daniel and he has been amazing and really flexible with my requests. After almost a year of looking for relief elsewhere, the work at Dental Artistry resulted in rapid initial relief of the worst symptoms within a week due to a custom mouth splint, moving through to braces to align things correctly and more permanently. As this re-alignment progresses, the rest of the related symptoms have reduced to almost none.

I am very squeamish and nervous about any visit to a dentist or doctor. All the staff (even Daniel and Chantelle in reception prior to today’s procedure) dealt with my anxiety very professionally. They helped to keep me informed of everything beforehand and during the procedure step by step which helped to ease my fears. I was very impressed by Dr Zhang and Allie and I had a very positive experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dental Artistry and will return when needed in the future. Thank you

I came to Dental Artistry with jaw joint problems a few years back and had TMJ treatment. Happy to say the treatment has improved my jaw and its placement drastically and finished with very happy results. Also glad to have found such a nice clinic full of funny and friendly professionals – I enjoy my visits.

I had braces put on 6 months ago so there is a lot of visits to Dental Artistry for my check ups. I remember being younger I hated going to the dentist and now going to Dental Artistry it is a whole different experience. You get to know all the staff really well and have a lovely chat every time you go in.

My jaw had always clicked, but I had thought little of it, and dentists had told me not to worry. Then one morning I woke up and I couldn’t open my mouth more than about 2cm. That was frightening! I went straight to A&E but they said they couldn’t help me and told me to go to a dentist. …..I phoned Dental Artistry and they got me in that day. I went back and have since had my jaw treated, including braces, which have just come off. My jaw now opens fully and has stopped clicking. Also the neck pain that I had suffered with for years has gone away, as has the ringing in my ears which I never realized I had until it was gone.

I've been here for my botox and fillers, and now today for a dental appointment. The service Is fantastic, they are all so knowledgeable and I feel safe and comfortable in their hands knowing they will do an amazing job!

The whole team at Dental Artistry are great and very helpful. Reception staff are very polite and attentive. I had a couple of issues with my jaw when I first saw Dr. Sheng and my treatment has been going well. Laura, the dental hygienist, is also very lovely and looks after the general hygiene of my teeth. From reception to dental facilities and services, this place is world class. Looking forward to my future visits to keep my oral health in good condition.

Very positive. Admin side was very efficient. Environment very relaxing and modern. Consultation I felt very confident that what was planned could be done. Everything was explained clearly and I didn’t have to wait months and months for appointments.

Had my regular hygiene and check up appointment with Katie today. It's a great experience as usual. Katie has always been very patient giving advice on cleaning techniques as well as having a chit chat along the way. I had my implants here and been coming regularly for check ups over the last few years.
