I have a challenging issue with my front teeth but Dr Sheng was walked me through the problem and is in fact giving me several different options to resolve this. He was clear, concise, honest and positive about the outcome for me. Highly recommend! Thanks

Very positive. Admin side was very efficient. Environment very relaxing and modern. Consultation I felt very confident that what was planned could be done. Everything was explained clearly and I didn’t have to wait months and months for appointments.

I am very squeamish and nervous about any visit to a dentist or doctor. All the staff (even Daniel and Chantelle in reception prior to today’s procedure) dealt with my anxiety very professionally. They helped to keep me informed of everything beforehand and during the procedure step by step which helped to ease my fears. I was very impressed by Dr Zhang and Allie and I had a very positive experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dental Artistry and will return when needed in the future. Thank you

The whole team at Dental Artistry are great and very helpful. Reception staff are very polite and attentive. I had a couple of issues with my jaw when I first saw Dr. Sheng and my treatment has been going well. Laura, the dental hygienist, is also very lovely and looks after the general hygiene of my teeth. From reception to dental facilities and services, this place is world class. Looking forward to my future visits to keep my oral health in good condition.

I have some issues with my gums and saw multiple dentists which had conflicting information. Dr Sheng at Dental Artistry was able to explain my gum situation and he made me really comfortable to go ahead with a gum graft. His knowledge is fantastic, he could see where the issue was straight away. Love this practice and will definitely return. Without forgetting the whole team working behind the counter too, amazing customer service! I have dealt only with Daniel and he has been amazing and really flexible with my requests. Absolutely love my experience at Dental Artistry.

Had my regular hygiene and check up appointment with Katie today. It's a great experience as usual. Katie has always been very patient giving advice on cleaning techniques as well as having a chit chat along the way. I had my implants here and been coming regularly for check ups over the last few years.
